As a former actor, and now nightlife entrepreneur
Ivan Kane takes pride in staging his venues: the
clubs "Forty Deuce", "Deep" and "Kane" on Melrose
are prominent hot spots and were even featured in
movies and reality shows. Now, his first restaurant-
bar-lounge "Cafe Was" is a sexy styled sanctuary
with bohemian touches combined with opulent,
"Moulin Rouge" features. Beauty queens and flashy
Hollywood-types strut around the red-carpeted,
vintage Mecca and inhale the intoxicating vibe and
life-music sounds.
A brilliantly illuminated bar with a wide staircase
